V-ASIST

Privacy Notice

Last updated 15 October 2026

The short version: the V-Asist app collects nothing — no analytics, no tracking, and your footage never leaves your Mac. When you buy a license we keep your name, email and order number so we can send and resend your key. That's it.

Who is responsible

Boris Ostaev, 1 Jambul Tsurtsumia Street, Townhouse 9a, Georgia, is the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy questions and requests: support@vasist.app.

The V-Asist app

What we collect, why, and on what basis

Payment details (card numbers, billing address, tax information) are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us. See the Paddle privacy notice.

Who receives the data

We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Some providers process data outside Georgia and the EU/EEA, for example in the United States; where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to support@vasist.app; we reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Georgia, the Personal Data Protection Service; in the EU/EEA, the authority of your country.

Security

We keep the data minimal and protect it with access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). License keys are cryptographically signed so they can't be forged.

Cookies

vasist.app uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking scripts. Paddle's checkout, when you buy, may use cookies needed to complete the payment — see Paddle's notice.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too. Significant changes will be announced on vasist.app.
